We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how returns work:
- Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition of Items: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns missing manuals, parts, or accessories may not be accepted.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the return is due to our error.
- RMA Required: Before returning an item, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and used products are non-returnable.
